What is Gold Vermeil?
Vermeil is sterling silver that has been plated with a thick layer of gold. It is about 5 times thicker than regular plating. Vermeil is much less susceptible to tarnishing. All our vermeil jewellery is marked with a 925 stamp, referring to the sterling silver base. -
